Blaauwklippen Wine Estate
Blaauwklippen Wine Estate on the Stellenbosch Wine Route is one of the oldest, best- respected and most beautiful wine estates in the region. It's the place to taste all kinds of pleasures. One of the most popular attractions for guests staying in Cape Town is touring other wine estates in the Cape Winelands of South Africa.
Cape Point
At the southwestern tip of Africa lies the famous Cape Town tourism attraction of Cape Point Nature Reserve. It features stunning views of mountains, unspoiled beaches, some of the highest sea cliffs in the world and the wild sea stretching out from both sides to the horizon. It also has incredible plant, animal and bird life – just watch out for the cheeky and sometimes dangerous baboons! You can walk, cycle or drive through the reserve, take a one-of-a-kind funicular ride up to a lookout point next to an old lighthouse, or go for a refreshing swim.
Cape Town Beaches
Cape Town has dozens of lovely beaches, each with its own features and appealing to different people. There is a nudist beach, surfer beaches, family beaches, and wild open beaches. Trendy and scenic Camps Bay and Clifton are only a few minutes from the city, while the False Bay beaches have warmer water.
Cape Town Nightlife
Cape Town is a buzzing cosmopolitan city with hundreds of restaurant and nightlife attractions. Long Street in Cape Town central or Camps Bay are always buzzing with colourful cocktail or cigar bars, clubs and local bands. You can dance the night away. For the less energetic there are options such as brilliant theatre productions, live jazz, or classical recitals.

Located on Cape Town's northern foreshore, beneath Table Mountain, the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) provides a flexible facility – which is crucial in meeting conference organiser expectations. The centre provides a variety of sub-divisible and flexible convention and exhibition space.
Kirstenbosch Gardens
Amongst the most renowned and beautiful in the world, the tranquil escape of these immaculate botanical gardens on the lower eastern slopes of Table Mountain draws locals and tourists alike. It boasts huge numbers of indigenous plants and affords guests a spectacular view over Cape Town. Families can enjoy a shaded picnic beneath the trees or buy a hot meal and snacks from the Kirstenbosch restaurant. In summer, visitors are treated to famous sunset concerts with international performers on the lawns every Sunday in the late afternoons.
Paulaner Bräuhaus
Located in the Clock Tower precinct of the world renowned Victoria & Albert Waterfront, Paulaner Bräuhaus offers one of the liveliest venues in Cape Town. Brewed on site, Paulaner beer is one of the best beers served in Cape Town. A choice of hearty Bavarian specialties complements the delicious beer, and can be enjoyed while absorbing the breathtaking view of the working harbour.
Robben Island
Visit the island where former-president Nelson Mandela was held as a political prisoner for many years and learn more about him and others who experienced similar hardships, but ultimately triumphed with the birth of the Rainbow Nation. Regular tours are taken out by boat from the harbour at the V&A Waterfront.
Table Mountain
The famous landmark of Table Mountain stands guard over the Mother City. Whether you choose to take up the challenge and hike to the top, or to take a cable car, you will not be disappointed by the panoramic view of Cape Town. You can enjoy a king's breakfast or lunch at the restaurant that appears to look out over the world.
V&A Waterfront
The V&A sits right next to the Cape Town harbour and offers visitors a delightful selection of shops, education and entertainment. Just a few of its attractions include:

Union Buildings Pretoria
Designed by Sir Herbert Baker and completed in 1913. Considered by many to be the architect's greatest achievement & South Africa's architectural masterpiece. This was the setting for President Nelson Mandela's historic inauguration in 1994. The spacious, terraced gardens command fine views of the city.
Voortrekker Monument
This large granite edifice which incorporates a museum commemorates the Great Trek. Some 260 steps lead up to the dome where splendid views of the surroundings can be enjoyed.
Pretoria Botanical Gardens
The gardens contain indigenous plants from all over South Africa, including cycads and aloes, grouped according to their climatic region, all clearly marked. They are especially attractive in winter when many different species of aloe are in flower, and in spring when the daisies and mesembryanthemums bloom. The two-kilometre circular Bankenveld Trail provides an introduction to about half of S.A.'s 1000 tree species.
Pretoria National Zoo
This is one of the most famous zoos in the world and the largest in South Africa. The most interesting feature of the zoo is the aquarium and reptile park. Visitors can also take a ride in the famous cable cars, which provide excellent views of the zoo and city. See the koala bear from Australia, which is not found anywhere in Africa.
