Première Restaurant

(Première Restaurant will be closed from 01-31 July 2008).

Situated on the mezzanine floor of the hotel, overlooking the majestic Botrivier Lagoon with its’ spectacular sunsets, Première offers an intimate venue for the ultimate in elegant yet relaxed fine dining. Our chefs use only the freshest ingredients available to design their menus, which change fortnightly.

This restaurant has been voted one of the Top 100 Restaurants by Diners Club and has played host to the members of the International Chaine des Rotisseurs.

Dress Code - The dress code is smart casual, where gentleman are requested to wear collared shirts and trousers. While a jacket and tie is not necessary, we do request that no jeans, sneakers or trainers be worn.

Première Club

For the discerning diner wishing to experience the elegance and excellence of Premier in a private venue, the Première Club is available for groups up to 14 pax, and boasts the same views and styles as the Première with the addition of direct access onto a balcony overlooking the lagoon.

Hours – The Première is open for dinner from September 1^st through to April 30^th, from Thursday to Monday (closed on Tuesday and Wednesday), from 19h00, with last orders placed by 22h00.
